Tzatziki is a classic Greek meze (appetizer) made with a yogurt base, cucumbers, olive oil, and a mixture of herbs. Eat it with anything from chicken shawarma and gyros to lemon rice and pita bread.

  • 1 tsp dill
  • 8 oz yogurt
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1.5 oz oil
  • 3 tsp vinegar
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 0.5 tsp salt
