Turkey Meatballs

Perfect addition to pasta, subs, or as an appetizer!

  • 2 lb turkey
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 4 oz onion
  • 5.3 oz parsley
  • 2 egg
  • 8 oz bread crumbs
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp basil
  • 0.5 tsp oregano
  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

    Step 2

    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix just until combined.

    Step 3

    Line a baking pan with parchment paper. Divide meat mixture into 1″ meatballs and roll into balls.

    Bake for 28-30 minutes or just until cooked. (Do not overbake)
