Mango Chutney Grilled Cheese

  • 2 tbsp mango chutney
  • 4 oz cheese
  • 1 jalapeño pepper

    Step 1

    Transfer to a cutting board and immediately season with salt. Carefully cut in half.

    Add the sandwiches. Loosely cover the pan with foil.

    In a medium pan (nonstick, if you have one), heat olive oil on medium until hot.
