Italian Noodle Soup with Chicken Sausage, Farfalle Pasta

  • 3 oz pasta
  • 1.8 pt warm water
  • 2 tbsp chicken stock concentrate
  • 1 tomato
  • 1.5 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.3 tsp garlic powder
  • oil
  • 3 oz carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 9 oz italian chicken sausage mix

    Step 1

    Divide soup between bowls; sprinkle with parmesan and a pinch of chili flakes if desired.

    Stir spinach and parmesan into soup until spinach is wilted. Season with plenty of salt and pepper.

    Immediately reduce heat to low. Let simmer.

    Add the farfalle. Cover and set temperature to bring to a boil.

    Stir in ingredients, scraping up any browned bits from bottom of pot.

    Cook, stirring, until fragrant, 1 minute.

    Add ingredients to pot.

    Add another drizzle of olive oil to pot with sausage, then stir in carrot, onion, and a big pinch of salt.
