  • 2 scallion
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 1 lime
  • 3 tsp oil
  • 2 tilapia fillet
  • 3 tsp southern spice blend

    Top fish with sauce.

    Step 2

    To the bowl of lime juice, add the honey (kneading the packet before opening), and rest of ingredients; season with salt and pepper.

    Halve the lime crosswise; squeeze the juice into a medium bowl.

    Add the seasoned fish. Turn off the heat when done.

    In a medium pan (nonstick, if you have one), heat the sesame oil on medium-high.

    Pat the fish dry with paper towels. Season on both sides with salt, pepper, and enough of the spice blend to coat.
