Garlic-Caper Chicken

  • 2 lemon wedge
  • 3 tsp capers
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1.3 tbsp oil
  • 2 chicken
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 1 tsp oregano

    Step 1

    Top the chicken with the garlic-caper topping.

    Step 2

    Slice the cooked chicken crosswise.

    Step 3

    Turn off the heat and stir in the juice of 2 lemon wedges.

    Add the ingredients. Cook, stirring constantly, 30 seconds to 1 minute, or until slightly softened.

    In the pan of reserved fond, heat olive oil on medium-high until hot.

    Leaving any browned bits (or fond) in the pan, transfer to a cutting board.

    Pat the chicken dry with paper towels; season on both sides with salt, pepper, and the oregano.
